App Launcher is a customizable button bar that lets you easily organize and launch your applications, shortcuts, folders, Web pages, and documents.

Your can arrange things in categories and create new buttons by simply dragging and dropping. The program is easy to customize -- you can change the layout, move and copy buttons, change the text displayed with each button, customize command-line options, adjust the position and layout of the bar, and change the icons. You can also create alarms and schedule the launching of programs.
